As a Layer paint, Teclis Blue is designed to be painted over a base coat or previous layer. The paint builds up well in thin layers, giving your blue surfaces more brightness and definition without losing details. For example, use it on power armour, cloaks, robes, vehicles, weapons, runes, and technical accents.

Strong for fantasy, sci-fi, and energy effects

Teclis Blue pairs perfectly with Aeldari, Tzeentch models, Space Marines, magical weapons, plasma effects, and models with a cool or futuristic colour scheme. This shade is also very useful for heraldry, markings, lenses, and sharp edge highlights on dark blue armour.

Combines beautifully with other blue shades

This colour works well as a bright highlight over darker blue base colours such as Alaitoc Blue. For lighter accents, you can combine it with Baharroth Blue or a light blue-grey shade. Thin the paint slightly and work with multiple thin layers for a clean, matte result where sculpt details remain beautifully visible.
