Citadel Layer – Screaming Skull (12ml)
Screaming Skull is a very light bone color from the Citadel Layer paint range. This paint is designed to apply bright highlights and subtle color gradations over an existing basecoat. Thanks to its fine pigment structure and smooth consistency, Screaming Skull is easy to apply in thin layers without losing the fine details of your miniatures.
The color is widely used as a final highlight for bone structures and other light materials in Warhammer miniatures.
Perfect for bright bone highlights
Citadel Layer paints are developed to build up color in a controlled manner. Screaming Skull is ideal as a highlight over bone-colored basecoats and helps skulls, horns, teeth, and other bone details stand out even more.
The very light shade provides a strong contrast on raised areas of the model, ensuring details remain clearly visible on the tabletop.
Versatile for light details
In addition to bone structures, Screaming Skull is also very suitable for parchment scrolls, old papers, ropes, and other light materials on miniatures. The soft, warm color works well as a highlight on weathered surfaces and natural textures.
This shade can also be used for basing to depict dry earth, sand, and weathered stones, adding extra light accents.
