As a Layer paint, Kakophoni Purple is developed to be painted controlled over a base colour or previous layer. The paint builds up well in thin layers, allowing you to give purple surfaces more brightness and definition without losing details. Use it, for example, on cloaks, robes, skin, scales, runes, weapons, ornamental details, and energy effects.

Strong for Chaos, fantasy and magical accents

Kakophoni Purple is an excellent match for Slaanesh models, Aeldari, Tzeentch effects, spellcasters, demons, undead, and monsters. This shade is also very useful for alien skin, crystals, magical glow, and colourful edge highlights on purple or pink surfaces.

Beautiful to combine with other purple and lilac shades

This colour works well as a bright highlight over darker purple shades and can be further lightened with Dechala Lilac or a light pink/lilac shade for extra sharp accents. Thin the paint slightly and work with multiple thin layers for a sleek, matte result where sculpt details remain beautifully visible.
