Citadel Layer: Bloodreaver Flesh is a warm reddish-pink skin tone ideal for highlights, natural skin layers, and organic details on miniatures. The colour has a solid, vibrant flesh-tone appearance and works excellently for faces, hands, muscles, scars, monsters, and models with a raw or warlike look.
For warm skin layers and controlled highlights
As a Layer paint, Bloodreaver Flesh is designed to be painted over a base coat or previous layer. The paint builds up well in thin layers, allowing you to give skin areas more depth and definition without the result becoming too harsh. Use it, for example, on human skin, muscular warriors, mutants, cultists, orruks, monsters, and other organic surfaces.
Great for barbarians, Chaos, and rugged skin tones
Bloodreaver Flesh is an excellent match for Khorne Bloodreavers, Chaos models, barbarians, cultists, gladiators, monsters, and fantasy characters with a warm, tense, or battle-worn skin. The reddish-pink undertone helps to make skin more vibrant and works well on cheeks, knuckles, noses, muscles, and scars.
Combines beautifully with other skin tones
This colour works well as a warm mid-layer or highlight over darker skin and brown tones. For lighter accents, you can combine it with Knight-Questor Flesh, Kislev Flesh, or Flayed One Flesh. Thin the paint slightly and work with multiple thin layers for a smooth, matte result where sculpted details remain sharply visible.
